These terms apply to this website and to bookings for The Chief's Cabin in Bend, Oregon. The host is Becca (ramblinrose1121@gmail.com).
Payment
The Reserve button collects the stay in full at booking. Becca then confirms dates and sends check-in details, including the exact address. Host compensation is an internal split of each guest payment (15% to the host) and is not a guest fee.
Cancellation
Pay in full at booking. Cancel 31 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 15–30 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancel fewer than 15 days before check-in: no refund.
