Four bedrooms, eight beds, two baths, a kids room, a full-size swing set, and a game room. Maximum 10 people, children included. No pets. This is a large-group house on Highway 20 — useful for reunions and ski weekends, not a tiny A-frame.

- Full-size swing set, basketball hoop, and horseshoes
- Ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, billiards, darts, and board games
- Outdoor hot tub, hammock, and a fire pit that seats 10
- Hoodoo Autobahn tubing on the same highway in winter
