The Chief's Cabin is a vacation rental in Bend, Oregon, hosted by Becca. This site is a direct-booking listing. Guests pay the stay in full here. Staff logins are for the host and the owner only.

What we collect

If you send a booking request or pay for a stay, your name, email, optional phone number, dates, guest count, and message are stored so the host can confirm the stay. Card payments, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. This site does not create guest accounts.

How email is used

Becca uses request details only to respond about availability, stay logistics, and related questions for The Chief's Cabin. The host’s mailbox is not a marketing list.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. If the host later adds a hosting analytics tool (for example Vercel Analytics), it should be configured so it does not sell personal information. Server logs from the host (Vercel) may include IP address and user agent for security and uptime.

Cameras

There is a camera at the gate only. There are no other exterior security cameras on the house.
