The house sits on the Highway 20 corridor between Bend and Hoodoo — the same road that climbs to Santiam Pass. Sisters is the next town up 20, about 15–25 minutes. Hoodoo Ski Area is the closest ski hill: family terrain, night skiing, Autobahn tubing, and Nordic trails. Mt. Bachelor is still an easy day trip if you want the bigger mountain. Same rule as Sunriver: close and useful, not fake-local. Redmond Airport (RDM) is about 30 minutes.
From the house you look out at Broken Top, the Three Sisters, Black Crater, and Three Fingered Jack. Downstairs a fireplace opens to the kitchen and the living room. Upstairs, the master suite has a wood-burning stove.

The space. Our property includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, breakfast nook, game room, remote work area, laundry closet, and a peaceful reading nook. Outside you will find an endless array of activities. Other things to note. Our property offers a 30-foot RV hook up site with electricity and water. No dumping available. A 30-foot RV hookup at the house has 50-amp power and water; dry camping only — no wastewater dumping. Hammock between the pines by the fire pit. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
